About me and my therapy practice

I am an Accredited MBACP, Psychotherapist / Person Centred Counsellor & Supervisor, with many years experience working with Adults / Couples / Adolescents/ Children, in a variety of settings including, NHS, Schools, Voluntary Sector, Private Practice.

Practice description

Within my own private practice, I offer confidentiality in a quiet, safe, non-judgemental environment, where you can share and talk through your problems.

My approach is Integrative, which means I have studied various therapeutic approaches and using my knowledge and skills I adapt my work to best suit your needs.

My personal and work life experiences have provided the perfect foundation for my work, drawing on years of knowledge in supporting people with life changing challenges.

My first session

Our first session will involve assessing your health and wellbeing as well as discussing your presenting issue and appropriate coping strategies.

We will also complete a contract, which outlines the conditions of our working relationship.

Counselling Sessions: Sessions are for sixty minutes.
