About me and my therapy practice
I am a person centred counsellor/psychotherapist. I am also a specialist in Autism.
I offer a safe space in which issues can be explored in a relaxed environment with genuine warmth and care.
Practice description
I have a successful private practice using a therapy room at home. I also offer sessions on line and by telephone.
It is important to me to take a flexible approach tailored to your needs.
My first session
The first session can be a 20 minute introduction and a discussion to decide whether it feels right to proceed with further sessions.
However the first session can be up to an hour if the individual wishes to engage straight away.

I have completed a creative supervision course and have many years experience as a supervisor when working as an Occupational Therapist for the NHS
Practice description
I have a successful private practice and have recently completed a course in Creative Supervision.
I am keen to welcome supervisees who are interested in the exploration of a range of creative processes with a view to laying the foundation for less threatening approaches to supervision, providing a safe space for deep reflection and growth.
