About me and my therapy practice
My approach is based round building a close, trusting, safe relationship with you, my client.
I work without assumptions with you as an individual and the issues you bring to counselling. I am able to adapt my approach to meet your specific needs.
My aim is to create a safe and supportive place where you can explore your issues and options to change for the better.
Counselling takes commitment. To get the best from counselling, it's important that you can commit to attend agreed sessions. Initially, sessions are generally weekly.
I work short and long term and can offer mainly day time appointments, with a small number of evening appointments.
Due to Covid, I am currently working on line or on the telephone.
I work from my home in the Brecon Beacons and can offer the opportunity for counselling whilst walking in the beautiful countryside surrounding my home.

About me and my therapy practice
I believe the quality of supervision hinges on the quality of the relationship developed between the supervisor and the supervisee. I aim to work with you to build a supervisory relationship where you will feel safe, nurtured, challenged, and supported to bring your best to your client work and to yourself as a counsellor. In my work, I aim to provide a reflective space where you can freely explore your questions, concerns and aspirations. I use the Cyclical Model, with elements of the Seven Eyed Model, within the principles of BACP’s Ethical Framework.
I offer individual supervision at £50 per hour and group supervision at £25 per hour, per participant, in groups of up to 4.
I am currently working on line, via Teams, Zoom or FaceTime.
