About me and my therapy practice

Are you looking for someone who really 'gets' you and what you are going through? I offer Transactional Analysis psychotherapy, which is all about you and what you need from therapy. Your life is precious and unique and I want to help you enjoy it more.

It may be you are going through a crisis, with your thoughts and feelings, in your health, in your relationship or at work. We will start with some simple strategies to bring things back to a place where they feel more manageable.

Or it might just be that the 'time is right' to get to know yourself a little better.

From there, if you want to, we will explore more deeply the patterns and problems, past and present, which have led you to this point in your life, and also the places where you perhaps would like to go next on your journey.

I also work with couples and am trained as an Imago Relationship Therapist. As a couple, I will help you to make choices about the future and, if you want to, build intimacy, warmth and loving communication in your relationship.

I believe passionately that life is for living and enjoying now, not in the future or the past. I am a Certified Transactional Analyst with an MSc in Psychotherapy and UKCP Registration as a Psychotherapist. I also hold a degree in Counselling from the University of Middlesex (2006), BACP Accreditation (2009). I am also completing training in EMDR and Imago Relationship Therapy.

Are you looking for an experienced, creative Supervisor? I provide a safe space to explore and develop your practice, and address your personal needs in the demanding work of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I supervise work with individual Adult clients, and Couples both Online and in Ceredigion, West Wales.

Supervision is a resource for your clients, and for you.

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA), am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and hold an MSc in Psychotherapy. I started practising as an Integrative counsellor in 2004, became BACP Accredited in 2009, and trained in 2013 in Clinical Supervision at the Sherwood Institute for Psychotherapy Training in Nottingham.
