About me and my therapy practice
ABOUT ME
I am warm, approachable, caring and supportive. I offer a confidential space where you can safely explore your feelings of pain and distress freely without being judged.
I am also a qualified and MBACP Accredited Person Centred Counsellor and EMDR practitioner with15 years counselling and psychotherapy experience. I believe that you know what you want from therapy and " what hurts and where your difficulties lie". So together we will work at your pace and help you resolve your problems.
My EMDR training enables me to augment my client centred practice by practically offering you resources and skills to minimise your distress and problems.
