About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who works with all presenting issues and have particular experience of working with people who have experienced bereavement and loss, are facing adjustment following trauma or disability, or are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I offer face to face, video, online, email and telephone counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS and work within their practice and ethical guidelines, enabling me to put you and your needs first.
