About me
Psychotherapist Registered MBACP
I provide a safe confidential space for you to explore the issues you are currently facing.
My role as a therapist is to support you to explore and identify any inner obstacles that might be hindering your progress, and to enable you to relate to yourself and communicate to other people in healthier ways. Communication is key and so I work in ways that empower you to take control using more effective means of communication that lead to a fuller more satisfying life experience.
Feel empowered, live your truth and become rooted in the authority of your own experience instead of a victim of circumstance.
I believe in therapy that extricates pain, frees, empowers and heals.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as an integrative psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in Little Venice, London, involving a four-year postgraduate diploma programme in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have worked successfully with clients both short-term and long term.
I am registered MBACP member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am fully insured to practice and follow the professional ethics of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am also a certified Hypnotherapist and certified RTT practitioner.
I also hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.
