About me and my therapy practice

Alongside my counselling work within GP Surgeries and private practice. I am also a qualified supervisor, working with both qualified and trainee counsellors. Within my supervision, I work collaboratively with supervisees, supporting them in developing their practice, and taking into account their individual needs and developmental level. My therapeutic orientation is integrative, person centred and CBT. I utilise these together with supervision theories and models, towards a positive outcome for the counsellor and client.
