About me and my therapy practice
I'm available for ONLINE COUNSELLING sessions.
I'm a fully qualified, registered person-centered therapist. What attracted me to the person-centered approach is that it values and appreciates the whole of the human experience. I deeply believe that being listened to, understood and accepted just the way you are can be life-changing.
My own experience of therapy has been of great help to me and has carried me through the most difficult times in my life. It has also given me a lot of valuable insight into therapy from the clients perspective.
As a counsellor I want to create a safe and supportive space in which you can share the burden of difficult emotions and experiences. I don't think that the aim of therapy is to "fix" you, but to help you to reconnect with your values and inner resources and to enable you to find strength and your own way to move forward.
I trust that the client knows best what is helpful for them and what isn't, so I'm always open to feedback and happy to discuss our work together and to find ways in which therapy can be of benefit to you.

My first session
I offer online session via Zoom or Skype, whichever works best for you.
The sessions are 50 minutes long.
I'm available for contact before our first sessions if you have any questions about therapy or my practice.
