Knowing ourselves at a deeper level can enable us to make better decisions in life. I believe the therapeutic relationship offers the potential for positive change.

Counselling can enable you to talk about difficult situations and feelings with a trained practitioner. It is a process that may help with exploring your thoughts and emotions and gaining self-awareness. I am a qualified counsellor offering competitively priced, short-term or open-ended, one to one counselling for adults in a safe, confidential and supportive space. I also have a Foundation Course for Awareness in Bereavement Care and attended seminars for Compassion Focussed Therapy and Counselling for Depression. I am committed to my ongoing continuous professional development.
