About me and my therapy practice
I am integrative trained and have specific training in Cognitive Behavioual Therapy Techniques and Anger Management support.
I am BACP Accredited and abide by their code of ethics. I work with Employee Assistance Programs.
My sessions are adapted to your needs. You might prefer “Talking Therapy”, or perhaps you may prefer to utilise CBT techniques or Hypnotherapy support.
I offer a professional and confidential space for you to discuss any issues or concerns and to help you find resolutions or answers.
I have an office in Riverhouse, Coleraine, BT51 3DR as well as from my home office in Portrush. Both have disabled facilities and free parking.
My first session
The first session will usually take place after an initial phone call consultation, where any queries can be discussed.
The first session usually is one hour long.
