About me and my therapy practice
I have many years experience working with people presenting a variety of mental health issues. These include addictions, dependency, loss and bereavement. Depression or anxiety and many more. I help people understand their own internal resources and in turn, use these to resolve their issues and conflicts I am currently accepting referrals from external agenciesPractice description
My role as a counsellor is to provide a safe, reflective and non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns. I bring many years of clinical experience to therapeutic practice. I continue to work with a wide range of clients who come from diverse backgrounds and who present a diverse array of emotional issues. Some of which range from everyday anxiety and depression to more complex personality or behaviours impacted by traumatic experience. I work with deep trauma, PTSD - low self-esteem, identity, relationship problems and much much more.

About me and my therapy practice
I qualified as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor in 2012 and have practicing ever since. I have accumulated a wealth of therapeutic experience over the years and felt it is time to train as a supervisor.
I have recently completed my training in face to face and online counselling. Currently I am offering low cost Supervision at £35 per 1.5 hour session.
Practice description
My speciality is working in private practice. With ten years experience working in this way, I am familiar with all the challenges and benefits of working as a private practitioner. I would like to offer this experience to people pursuing similar goals
My first session
Our first session will primarily gathering information regarding your expectations as a supervisee. We will focus on our relevant backgrounds and looking into contracting. The first session is really an assessment and to see goodness of fit between us.
