About me and my therapy practice

I offer short and long-term counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues, from day-to-day worries to complex psychological conditions. I am a BACP registered counsellor providing therapy for individuals and couples since 2011. I can help you manage anxiety and overcome depression. I have expertise in problems related to substance misuse and dependency, OCD, PTSD, BPD, sexual abuse, domestic abuse - low self-esteem - sexual dysfunction. I will provide you with a safe space where you are free to explore what is troubling you. I have helped countless people understand the nature of their problems and guided them towards healing. I am confident that I have the ability to assist you with whatever you bring into therapy.

I see individuals and provide couples and marriage counselling. I am also a clinical supervisor

Just like you I have experienced the many challenges life presents; loss, bereavement, anxiety to name a few. I use my unique blend of experience and therapeutic skills to help others navigate their emotional, personal and professional challenges.

As a member of the British association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) , I am dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in my practice. Your well-being and personal growth are my utmost priorities.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic. I will provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, gain understanding in your patterns of behaviour. At all times I will support your psychological well-being.

Counselling and psychotherapy can be seen as a vehicle for personal growth. I will help you explore your life, how you came to get where you are, and what is needed for you to move forward.

I work with relationship and sexual issues, trauma and PTSD depression/anxiety, psychological and sexual abuse, loss and bereavement, as well as substance reliance and anger management.

About me and my therapy practice

Supervision is about supporting supervisees throughout their work and helping people to develop practice. In line with my counselling modality, my approach is Humanistic Integrative.

I provide supervision face to face, online supervision and by telephone. 

From experience I know there are economic challenges for self-employed counsellors and I offer concessions for practitioners where necessary.
