About me and my therapy practice
I believe that we all have the ability to emotionally grow. However, through experiences and situations we encounter in life, this growth can become distorted, inhibited or even change into something destructive.
Through counselling, I offer an environment where you can learn to feel comfortable and truly be yourself. We can explore your situations or experiences together. Giving you the opportunity to rediscover or find your ability to grow.
I offer a professional counselling service in to individuals and couples, from anxiety to relationship issues. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their professional standards.
You can expect a warm, safe, confidential space. I work in a caring and sensitive way, at your own pace and offer you support throughout. You will be actively listened to and together we will explore your situation, finding an understanding, helping you to work through it.
Please either email, phone or text me to arrange an initial meeting.
The initial meeting for individuals and couples is with no obligations. We will use this time to assess your needs and to talk about how we can work together.
Sessions are £35 for individuals and £40 for couples.
Daytime and evening appointments available.
