About me and my therapy practice
I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with over 30 years experience. I work with with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for a brief time period with the aim of enabling you to live more resourcefully. I am a supervisor and have eight years experience as a counselling Lecturer at local colleges. I believe... That we are born as ok human beings and through family, friends and social relationships we adapt our opinions and attitudes in order to relate to people. This natural process can become unhealthy if we over adapt to suit others and can effect the way we value ourselves.

About me and my therapy practice
As a Senior Accredited Supervisor with over 30 years client experience and 15 years supervision experience I offer Supervision across the orientations.My therapeutic practise is Integrative, routed in humanistic modality, incorporating Transactional Analysis, Person Centred and Gestalt. I acknowledge the process of the unconscious and the transpersonal and Psychodynamic. My theory and practice has continued to evolve through ongoing professional development.
Supervision is a unique relationship where the well being of a client is discussed to provide an opportunity for support and challenge of the counsellor. It provides maintenance of ethical standards, personal and professional development.
