About me and my therapy practice
Life is demanding and we all do our best to cope with difficulties which arise in our home, our workplace, our family and our other relationships. There are times when these may seem overpowering and we feel that we are no longer able to cope, are struggling to keep up, are unhappy or confused; it makes sense to seek help to deal with these feelings and in these circumstances counselling may be the answer. I have taken further training to work with sexual and relationship issues and a Pink Therapy Accredited Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversities Therapist. I work with individuals and couples, whatever their sexual orientation, gender identity or relationship status. If you think that you would like to talk about your options before committing to therapy please feel free to contact me to discuss what I am able to offer. Once we have spoken, or exchanged email, you may feel that you wish to arrange a no obligation first meeting to assess what it is you wish to deal with. Please do not hesitate to consider this option as it may allay any fears that you may have about entering therapy. I work from premises near Luton.
During the current Covid pandemic I am only able to provide on line sessions via secure video link.
