About me and my therapy practice
I offer a space in which we can work collaboratively to better understand what might be troubling you and start to find a way forward.
There could be a particular issue you would like help with or an event in your life that you wish to think more about. Sometimes it is hard to understand why we feel as we do, we just know that something is not right. At these times it can seem challenging to know where to seek help.
In my practice I provide a non-judgemental, supportive environment in which you can start to talk about your life. In this way new perspectives can open up and a better understanding of confusing feelings and patterns of behaviour emerge. Working together we can build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect in which change can occur.
I begin with arranging an initial meeting, during which we can start the conversation, think about what has brought you to therapy and how we might work together.
