About me and my therapy practice

I am a UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults, children and young people. I have a diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and an MA in Child, Adolescent and Family therapy.

With both adults and young people I aim to facilitate a reflective space where current circumstances or past experiences can be freely explored, moving towards deeper understanding and self-healing. I work in a flexible and integrative way, drawing from my trainings in psychosynthesis, CBT and creative psychodynamic therapies.

With younger children, problems are explored within the context of play, and this powerful medium can enable them to express and play out their experiences and difficulties. Initially, I meet with parents/carers to discuss and assess the presenting issues.
