About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, and specialise in personal development, family and work problems, and anxiety, depression and phobias primarily with hypnosis. I lean towards cognitive therapies but am more integrative, presenting more as person centred.
My first session
In the first session I allow the client to tell me whatever they want about themselves, while I explain the contract based on BACP ethics. I then answer any questions and begin the therapeutic process.
