About me and my therapy practice

I am a person-centred counsellor. I work from a private practice and I offer home visits to those of you who may struggle to leave your home, maybe this is due to no disabled access to counselling or that you have other reasons. I also offer walk and talk therapy. I offer on-line and telephone counselling.

Practice description

I offer a safe and private space for you to explore your issues/concerns. I provide paper, pens if you would like to explore your feelings with drawing or writing

My first session

The first session is free to enable you to get to know me and what I can offer you for your counselling journey. Also this session is about you and what you would like from counselling. If you would like me as your counsellor in this first session then we could read through the contract together and maybe add something of your own if you so wish to do so.
