About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel in a crisis, lost and overwhelmed by life? Or is your life in transition and you just feel that something is missing and on some deep level you are yearning for something else to emerge in your life.

Counselling can help provide a nurturing and confidential place to gain support during these difficult times. I provide an objective, non-judgemental and sensitive place to explore these issues and to help you find a new perspective on your life, so supporting you to start to make different life choices.

I am an accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a BACP Registered qualified counsellor and psychotherapist in Integrative Psychosynthesis, working with adults, in Hitchin and Stotfold and surrounding areas.

I am also a trained supervisor and offer Supervision with Soul. Rates can be discussed directly.
