About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Kate, a qualified counsellor, who is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work in an integrative way bringing empathy, realism and often a sense of humour into the room. My aims are to explore your challenges, concerns to work towards a more positive future.
I work in relational way to support and care for you so you can be heard, understood and feel valued. I offer you a warm, safe, confidential space, free of judgement in which to work therapeutically.
My counselling covers a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, trauma, bereavement as well as working with clients who want to talk through difficult situations.
