About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist practicing integrative, person-centred therapy for adults and young people (18+). I am passionate that a person’s emotional health deserves to be a priority and aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space. I am not here to tell you what to do, but rather to help you find your own answers, develop your awareness & understanding, and grow your own internal resources. I am experienced working with a wide range of clients and issues and adapt my work to you as an individual, calling upon different techniques to provide support for any issues or difficulties you wish to bring.

Practice description

I currently provide face to face, one to one therapy, and work from Leeds City Centre. I believe in the importance of finding the right therapist for you and therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation for you to have a chance to ask any questions you may have.
