About me and my therapy practice

I am an integratively traded counsellor and trauma therapist, using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help my clients make enormous changes in their lives. I have over 12 years experience of working in the NHS and privately on both long and short term contracts. For me the relationship with my clients is really important and a good starting point for being able to explore troubling thoughts and experiences. I am also a clinical supervisor and have been offering supervision since 2013.
