My first session
This may be your first experience with therapeutic counselling, or you may have tried other therapies and are now ready for a change.
Our first session the focus will be on assessing why you are coming to therapy and why now? we will also discuss what you wish to achieve by being in therapy.
we will discuss fees, our therapeutic framework and what you can expect from therapy.
You will have a chance to ask questions and understand the process you are going to embark on.
I will be there for you in a non judgmental, caring and sensitive manner.
