I offer sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays in SE8.

I also offer sessions in Bromley BR1 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Sometimes situations or events in life can be difficult to cope with. I work with individuals and couples who may wish to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and confidential space where you will be truly listened to.

I am a qualified Integrative counsellor and an Accredited Registered Member of the BACP. This means that I abide by the BACP's Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and Guidance for Good Practice in my work as a counsellor. I have my client's best interests in mind. I completed further training and am also a qualified couples counsellor. 

My qualifications are a Foundation Degree in Counselling (2017), OU; Diploma in Transpersonal Couples Counselling & Psychotherapy (2016), CCPE; Diploma in Therpeutic Counselling (2015), CPTA; Certificate in Counselling Studies (2013).

I also work with trainee counsellors who are developing their self-awareness. I offer a reduced fee for Counselling students.

I can bring creative ways of working to the therapy if this suits you and our work together. In my work I have met many different people and have an interest in working with difference and diverse issues. I am to able integrate a variety of counselling theories into the therapy. 

I aim to build a trusting relationship with you where you will be listened to and supported. I have experience in working with bereaved clients, working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and other areas of trauma. I work with relationship issues, depressed or anxious clients. I have an interest in attachment and intergenerational issues, and I believe in how our past shapes who we are today. I am interested in attachments and attachment informed therapy, work with trauma clients and relationships.

My fees are £60 or individuals and I offer some concessions to Counselling students with some low cost spaces. £35 day and £40 evening

Supervision fees are £60 for 60 mins

EMDR - This is a recognised therapy for effectively treating symptoms and difficulties that are linked back to traumatic experiences or events. The events may be quite historical or more recent. You may be experiencing anxiety, panic, have fears or phobias, or you may be triggered by a recent event. You can expect to have 50 minute sessions and longer/double sessions. You can also expect to have more than one session a week, if you choose and if we are available. This could minimise the length of time you are in therapy.

The first session lasts for 59 minutes and is a way for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions and take a history of your past, we will talk about what has brought you into therapy and what you would like to get from the sessions. Together, we will decide how we will work together..

I hold a Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision awarded by the CPCAB. I’m also Accreditted with the BACP. I have experience in working with a wide range of client issues and have experience working in long and short term practice. I hold a Diploma in Transpersonal Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy so I am able to supervise the work with couples as well as individual clients.

My supervision approach is to provide a safe learning environment where we can process client work through a supportive and encouraging relationship. We will attend to the relationship and process, and work flexibly to attend to any issues you bring to supervision.

I offer supervision to groups and individuals. This can either be hourly or longer. My fees are £50 per hour for Supervision.
