About me and my therapy practice

Very experienced, constructive and down-to-earth Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor in private practice. 

I provide counselling and long-term therapy for things that are affecting your life such as relationship issues; problems at work; grief and loss; trauma; depression, anxiety, stress and other challenges. Alongside my regular client base, I take GP referrals; I am a BUPA recognised provider and I provide clinical and workplace supervision to counsellors and other professionals.  

With a previous background in the media and further education, I have extensive experience of working with people at all levels. I have a straightforward and practical approach to all aspects of communication and a holistic view of health.
