About me and my therapy practice
We all have a fundamental need to feel listened to, accepted, valued and understood. Often in life we don't experience these things and we can end up feeling misunderstood, judged, confused and alone. Sometimes, even if we have supportive family and friends, it can be hard to be fully open about how we feel as we fear hurting, upsetting or burdening them.
As a Person Centred Counsellor, I can provide a warm, accepting and confidential place for you to express how you truly feel and explore the challenges you face, whether they be relational, experiences of loss and grief, work or health related, depression, anxiety, low self confidence or anything that is concerning you.
Through truly listening and helping you to uncover the feelings and issues that lie beneath what is troubling you, together we can go at your pace to find a way forward that is right for you and help you to find greater peace and fulfilment.
Please do contact me by phone or email with any further questions you might have about counselling with me and/or to arrange an initial session. The Roy Fletcher Centre where I work from is conveniently located in Shrewsbury Town Centre, close to the train and railway station and a range of carparks.
