About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I am a BACP registered counsellor, offering face-to-face & online counselling in Exton in the Meon valley. I offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental, confidential space to explore any issues you choose to bring to our sessions. I see my role as helping and supporting you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and your world. If as a result, you feel would like to make changes, we can work together towards that aim.

For me, fundamental to successful counselling is the relationship formed between myself and my client which at its heart is founded on mutual respect, empathy and trust. My training is in Humanistic counselling using Transactional Analysis but my approach is integrative and is individual to each client.

I work online and face-to-face from home in Exton in the Meon valley.
