About me and my therapy practice

Do you have relationship issues? I am an experienced Relate Trained Couples Counsellor and I can help with a wide range of relationship difficulties including communication, infidelity and conflict. I am person centred and work in collaboration with my clients to help them improve their relationships. I am an Accredited Therapist by the Tavistock Institute for working with Couples with Depression. I also work with clients where one partner may be on the Autistic Spectrum, whether diagnosed or not.

I work with individuals with a variety of issues. I am happy to accompany clients struggling with life questions, feeling stuck and seeking to find a direction. I also offer support to bereaved clients and have seven years of experience with Cruse Bereavement Care. I have five years experience of working in a GP surgery.

If you are troubled or struggling with life and feel that no one understands, give yourself an opportunity to talk through your concerns with me. I am a supportive and patient listener and I can help you to explore your issues, make a fresh start and find your way forward.
