About me and my therapy practice

I have learnt that on the journey of life it is never to late to dream, or have hope.

I am a Person Centred counsellor (Non-Directive) that works with the approach that looks at the issues coming from the heart. If you have experienced the feeling of no self worth that robs you of your confidence to move forward or fear has crippled you to repeating patterns that things cannot get better, I am keen to support you on your journey.

Practice description

I offer a safe and confidential space with no judgement

As a person centered counsellor I work with the view that I am working with you, being led by you the client, this helps you to find the answers from within, to build confidence in who you are and help support you in the goals for your future.

My first session

My first session is a time to find out about my client, asking questions about their life, which will help make initial assessment

Finding out what has brought them to counselling

Contracting with my client that I am committed to providing a safe environment for counselling to take place

They will experience confidentiality and be listened to.

We will discuss length of session and agreeable time
