About me and my therapy practice

I provide individual counselling, couple and family therapy in Pinner, Middlesex. I have over 25 years experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds and sexual orientations, offering a warm, caring approach and support when it is most needed. If you are interested in arranging a first session , please feel free to get in touch.

My first session

We begin our work together by building understanding of your life circumstances, be it as an individual or couple, before moving into the specific issues that have brought you for help. You are given the time and space to bring your issues out in the open without judgement. Once I have a good idea of the issues you are facing, we we will work together to create a personalised plan that supports you in moving forward.
