About me and my therapy practice

With many years experience, I offer face-to-face and online integrative psychotherapy. Using a talking therapy, which includes CBT techniques, I can help individual adults manage problems by changing the way you think and behave. I also offer clinical supervision.

I have experience working in a GP surgery, as well as many years in private practice offering a safe, secure, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore any thoughts, feeling or unresolved issues that you may have, by exploring past or present issues.
