Hello my name is Kate, thank you for visiting my profile.
I help women to find a greater sense of contentment and self-compassion through realising their potential for a more fulfilled and balanced life.

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer a confidential, supportive and respectful space where you can explore your difficulties.
I use an integrative approach to counselling (with my core training being person centred) which means that I may use a number of counselling approaches during our time together based on your individual needs.
I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation. During this time we can explore what has brought you to counselling, how we can work together and talk through any questions and/or concerns that you may have.
