About me and my therapy practice

Big Decisions...

Choosing a counsellor can be daunting, particularly when you are going through a difficult time. If we strip it back to it's barest form; what are you seeking right now? The answer is most likely change. Something is not working or feeling right in your life at the moment. Working through, adjusting to or making a concerted effort to change can be really tough. Therefore, selecting the right counsellor for your needs is indeed a big decision. Counselling with Marsha aims to support individuals through challenging times and to help gain clarity on the source of dissatisfaction or distress - working together to find solutions.
