The Focus of Counselling
Counselling with Marsha Blake focuses on personal development and healing. An in-depth initial assessment is the starting point, with the aim of building understanding and trust - the foundations of an effective therapeutic relationship. Sessions provide a confidential space for deep self exploration.
My first session
The initial appointment is an assessment. I'll be asking questions around history and general health. Please be assured that during the first session they'll be lots of space for you to speak and explore during the session.
