About me and my therapy practice

I have over thirty years experience of counselling and psychotherapy in diverse settings including residential addiction rehab, youth and schools counselling and teaching to degree level. I specialise in hypnotherapy and transpersonal (spiritual) therapy and working with clients who may be nervous, anxious or fearful. Those who have already ‘tried everything’ are particularly welcomed. I am currently in private practice offering appointments online and in-person in Thatcham, Berkshire .

I am also a member of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) having qualified via The Centre for Transpersonal Psychology in 2003.
