About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel like you need to talk but you're not sure who would listen? Perhaps there's something on your mind that you can't talk to friends or family about. Maybe it's something you've never told anyone.

Counselling is a form of talking therapy that provides a confidential space for you to express yourself safely and freely without fear of judgement. My counselling rooms are easily accessible, tranquil and private.
I will work with you to understand life as you see it, help you to identify the changes you want to make and support you in your choices.
I have helped people following bereavement and other life-changing events. I can also help with feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, childhood issues and relationship problems. I am trained in a range of counselling approaches and can tailor my approach to suit your unique needs.
