Practice descriptionYou've probably found yourself thinking about counselling for many reasons. Talking to a professional can be a useful way to help you to gain a better understanding of your life and where you are. Whether you need support talking about worries or help with understanding patterns of unhelpful behaviours, counselling can help you better understand the root of difficult emotions, thoughts and feelings. Taking control of our needs and making changes to our lives can be a challenging hurdle but, it can also be immensely empowering and rewarding. The counselling relationship is formed around respect and trust for the client's growth and change and I hope to support you on this journey.
