Taking the first step in seeking support can be hard. Yet, whilst it’s not always an easy journey it is one many find helpful. Whatever circumstances have brought you here, I will seek to provide a safe space; to listen, support and work collaboratively with you in this moment, whilst considering your past and what you desire for your future.

I have over 20yrs experience of working within youth and community settings across the Black Country. This has involved supporting teenagers, parents and adults from diverse backgrounds, who have a wide variety of very challenging life experiences.

My practice is based in a local community space which is close to the Merry Hill shopping centre which has good transport links. I also provide online sessions.

Our first session will be an opportunity to meet and discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We can decide if that's something we'd be willing to work on together and what that might look like practically.
