About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling and psychotherapy at my private practice at 127 Harley Street, London and via secure video conferencing.
I imagine that if you have come across this page, you may be facing a challenging time at the moment. Maybe work is causing you some stress, or you might be experiencing difficulties in your family or romantic relationships. You may have realised that you have been isolating or acting self destructively and be ready to find ways to improve your self esteem and make some changes. I would like to support you in making those changes.
My aim is to support you in defining what you want, removing obstacles and figuring out how to achieve your goals. I do this by listening and connecting to your story and who you are. I use creative methods to explore emotions and past events and I teach techniques so that experiencing and remembering them does not overwhelm you.
I provide compassionate and confidential therapy for issues such as:
- Adjustment to a new country, culture, career, community or language
- Exploring patterns of behaviour, communication difficulties and developing healthy relationships
- Improving self esteem and gaining personal and professional fulfilment
- Practical, clear strategies to treat symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression
- Recovery from addictive behaviours and processes
