About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes our bodies can feel a bit broken and our minds can feel a bit stuck. We all need to regroup and repair sometimes.
You might wish you could deal with conflict at work more assertively, or feel less needy in your romantic relationship. Maybe you would like to change your family interactions. It might be the way you think about and treat yourself that has brought you here. Replaying awkward moments over and over whilst trying to fall asleep, wishing things were different. Other friends, different body, better job? "If only I was ........, I would be ok"?
I would love the opportunity to work with you to figure out what makes you feel fulfilled and gives you purpose, and how you can have more of that. I listen to your story, ask questions and try to understand what life means for you. My approach is influenced by true radical empathy, RIE, solution focus and dialectical behaviour techniques (DBT).
I work in person and online, which gives me flexibility and availability. You are welcome to book a 15 minute initial online video meeting so we can speak and see if the way that I work suits you.
