I have over 15 years experience working with mental health.

Breaking down the word EMOTION creates A MOTION.

Due to all we experience we can often have moments where we feel low, anxious or depressed. Sometimes we can feel as though we have no where to turn and as though no one will ever understand or empathise with the way we feel. Often, we can feel that we don't want to share the true depth of how we are feeling with those around us. Sometimes, we have no one around us.

Working through these emotions together creates an opportunity to begin detangeling those thoughts. Let's try and get through this together.
