About me and my therapy practice

My approach is humanistic and integrative. My warmth will assist you to talk openly about your emotions and feelings. I am non-judgemental, trustworthy and genuine and this will enable a collaborative working relationship to develop between us. As a chronic pain sufferer myself, I am committed to helping you to manage your pain. I also provide a good standard of care for you by being aware of my own self-care, on-going training, experience and limitations and would refer you on when appropriate or if I felt unable to assist you.

Practice description

Unfortunately due to the Covid19 National Lockdown I am only able to offer telephone consultations at this present time.
