About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor. I earnt my degree in Counselling from Greenwich University in London and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. As well as abiding by the BACP Code of Ethics, I receive regular supervision for my client work to ensure that I provide the best service possible to my clients. I continue to better myself as a counsellor and strengthen my knowledge and skills through regular ongoing training as part of my Continued Personal Development (CPD).
I am here to offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to connect. Here we can explore your experiences together. As we become more comfortable over time, our connection will grow. Naturally, the process will vary for each individual since we are all unique and connect to each other in our own ways.
I focus on the needs of each client individually. I work from an integrative perspective, combining several theoretical approaches, integrating Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This places the client at the centre of the therapy and recognises each individual as unique.
I welcome clients of all ages. I address a range of life issues that include some of the following (but this is by no means an exhaustive list):
Bereavement
