About me and my therapy practice
I provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk about your concerns and hopes for the future. I will work hard to understand your expectations of therapy and to make sense of what is most important to you right now.
As a chartered psychologist I have 20 years experience as a mental health researcher that includes working at the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London. My research focus has been to seek an understanding of what may put someone at risk for developing a serious mental health problem. I have lectured for over 15 years in the area of clinical psychology and published over 50 articles in the field of psychiatry and psychology.
