About me and my therapy practice
Finding a therapist can be daunting, and I encourage you to have a look at my website (www.gbtherapy.co.uk) to find out a little more about me and how I work.
I am an existential therapist working in London and online. I aim to create an environment where you can explore your situation without judgement or comparison. My work is client led, as you are the ultimate authority when it comes to your own experience.
I see clients for short term (6-12 weeks) or longer term (3+ months) therapy.
My first session
A first session is an opportunity to find out if we are a good fit for each other. It is a good opportunity to ask any questions you have about the process, and for me to find out a little about what brings you to therapy at this point in time. There is no commitment to continue after a first session, but if you do chose to continue, it is useful to get some idea of how long we think we will work together.
