About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering weekly counselling sessions for adults on a long, medium or short-term basis in Central London: Covent Garden & Liverpool Street, Bank.
I can help and support you in difficult moments, offering a warm, welcoming and safe space that is only yours. You will feel understood, accepted and listened to. Able to find more clarity and strength in yourself.

I have my own private practice in the heart of the City of London.
My office is extremely secluded and private, a secret place located on a church yard, hidden away from all noise and activities from city life. It’s a quiet, peaceful and calm space.
The therapy room was designed with my clients in mind. I wanted a warm, cosy and welcoming space, where you will be able to relax and get in touch with a deeper sense of peace.
It’s one minute walk from Monument station and 5 minutes walk from Bank station. Just across the bridge from London Bridge. A very short journey on the DLR from Canary Wharf. Ideal for City workers, with excellent public transport and access.
My first session
Most of my work is long term and open-ended, which means that therapy will progress for as long as we both feel necessary to you. From my experience, it takes time and willingness to get to the core of the issues. Along the way, we start finding solutions and ways of dealing with the situations that matter to you and that are affecting your daily life. Therapy is a process, leading to real changes and deeper transformations.
Please contact me via email. We will have a brief exchange and then schedule our first session.
I suggest an initial commitment of at least 8 sessions. Real changes require deep and meaningful work.
However, sometimes we go through some crisis or specific difficult events, when we need immediate help and support, for a shorter period of time. Please reach out to me and we can discuss your needs and decide on the best path for you.
The sessions are weekly and at regular times. You will have a slot that is only yours: same day, same time, every week. If your needs are different, please let me know and I will try to arrange sessions that are suitable to both of us.
It's important that therapy feels as an individual choice and commitment. The work can only be done if you truly want to do it. And it will be worth it.
