About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling to cope after a bereavement, loss or trauma? Are you feeling anxious, stressed or suffering from panic attacks? Do you just feeling overwhelmed with life? I work with you to support you to understand what's happening and put things back into perspective. Together we'll find solutions and strategies that work for you.
I work mainly from a person-centred approach but I am also qualified in using Cognitive Behavioural Techniques.

It’s really important to me that you choose a therapist who you feel comfortable with. I offer a free half hour telephone or face to face session to explain how I work, get an overview of your issue and discuss how we could work together. If after this, you are happy to book a full appointment then we can arrange that either a weekly or fortnightly, which ever suits you.
My therapy room is in the Caledonia Business Centre, Evanston Drive, Thornlibank Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G46 8JT. There is plenty of free street parking and is fully wheelchair accessible.
My way of working is to acknowledge that fundamentally, you know what is best for you, but the unexpected challenges we face can cloud our judgement and our ability to face them head on.
