About me and my therapy practice
All human beings go through challenging times.
Sometimes, it might seem a small thing that you would like to discuss. Or, as most of us do at times, you might be experiencing anxiety, depression or other emotions that may feel disturbing and perhaps unbearable.
Possibly, you might feel things are changing for you, and it would help to share this with someone.
The process of change can be a tough one, and counselling may help you to feel more content, able to cope, and happier with your life.
Counselling provides an opportunity to deal with how we feel in safety, with a companion who is with us as we process thoughts and emotions, when perhaps loved ones and friends may not be able to help.
You may find counselling helps you to feel OK about yourself.
