About me and my therapy practiceI can provide you with a confidential and supportive space where you can express issues that you might not feel comfortable doing so anywhere else. I specialise in anxiety, depression, relationships and work related matters. If you are experiencing anxiety and depression, we can explore this and find an improved way forward.
I’ve had various roles within mental health and well-being services, including the NHS , non -to-profit organisations, bereavement services, residential treatment centres and schools. Within these roles, I have offered different therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, the twelve step recovery programme and couples counselling.
I now work with individuals and couples, in private practice. I practice open ended psychotherapy. I aim to create a supportive, calm and professional environment, in which you can feel at ease to bring and unpack what it is that you might be going through. Together, we can address your presenting issues, increase your clarity and develop your self awareness. I have seen how this process can contribute to people feeling empowered , finding one’s own solutions and steps forward.
