About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanisitc Counsellor, but integrate aspects of Compassion Focussed therapy, Mindfulness Based CBT and solution focussed therapy.
I suggest a minimum of six sessions to begin treatment but will continue to work with you until we agree the treatment process is complete.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Through counselling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
I offer help with
Covid 19 and health conditions. Adjusting to a new lifestyle.
Chronic health conditions and disability.
Recovering from religion.
Relationships, male relationship difficulties.
I am currenlty only offering Skype (or similar) sessions to maintain safety for both you and I.
My first session
First assessmnet session if free of charge and should take between 15 an 30 minutes.
If you feel that my counselling is for you then we can agree a set time each week for us to work together.
If i can't help, I may be able to signpost you to someone who can
